Catholic Business Incubator and Accelerator

Through our Catholic Business Incubator and Accelerator we help inspire, cultivate and invest in entrepreneurial innovation for both traditional entrepreneurs and enterprising apostolates. We serve as both an incubator for new ideas and concepts and as an accelerator to help support start-ups to achieve their mission.

We coach and mentor entrepreneurs and enterprising apostolates to be authentic change agents, effective leaders and strategic thinkers. We help them to successfully grow their business or apostolate, and build a culture within their organization based upon the principles of Catholic social teaching and Subsidiarity.

We believe that promoting the success of the entrepreneurial spirit is a critical contributor to creating family legacies, economic growth and generational wealth, and the sharing of positive values and ideals.

We see entrepreneurs and enterprising apostolates as micro-communities that can serve the common good by applying Christian principles and the humanities in how they operate and conduct themselves at every touch point within their footprint.

Who is this Pillar designed for?

Entrepreneurs and enterprising apostolates who are building or have recently launched ventures in the last three years rooted in faith and service. This includes those with a clear business plan or strategic vision who are eager to grow with the support of mentorship, incubation, and community. If you’re passionate about creating sustainable impact through values-driven innovation and you're seeking formation that equips you to lead with wisdom in tangible, faith-driven ways, this is your community.

How do I join?

Our Innovator program through the Catholic Business Incubator and Accelerator is inclusive but participants are accepted for participation on a competitive basis.
