The Entrepreneurial Change Agent:
Taking Authentic Innovation and the Common Good to the Next Level
This is a premiere entrepreneurial training program for members and friends of the European Fraternity and Exulto International. It will be held in Rome at the Pontifical Gregorian University on 16-18 March 2026, with a “Welcome Dinner” to be hosted on the evening of Sunday 15 March.
Our Program Objective
To provide new-entry entrepreneurs from across Europe with the pivotal character, practical application, and spiritual guidance training and engaged mentorship needed to help build and scale virtuous, ethically-grounded and successful businesses that serve the common good.
Our Program Design
This professional and spiritual formation will include keynote lectures setting the themes for a series of problem-solving “Agoras” and one-on-one practical coaching sessions facilitated by mentors with years of business and spiritual experience. The final segment of the conference will include a “pitch event” during which select participants from the conference will be invited to pitch their business concepts to the mentors. A cash prize will be awarded by Exulto International to the winning pitch presentation.
Mentorship Program
Professional and spiritual mentorship will be a pivotal component of the conference offerings during the two-and-a-half day event. But it will not end there. Each participant will have access to mentors post-conference in order to help them apply what they have learned, and to help address new challenges that arise thereafter.
Application Process
Applicants will be expected to complete and submit an application for consideration of their acceptance to attend the conference. The application will help us gather and aggregate information regarding your basic business concepts, growth opportunities and challenges, as well as some personal details, including value and belief systems.
Acceptance is on a competitive basis and no more than fifteen (15) applicants will be accepted in order to foster an intimate environment and maximize the working and practical impact value proposition for the individual conference participants. Travel and accommodation planning and expenses are the responsibility of the attendees while conference fees and associated meals will be covered by the host organization.
Once you submit an application, if you do not receive a confirmation email of your application, please send an email to info@exultointl.org and someone will get back to you immediately.
